Privacy & Terms
Last updated: September 18, 2026
DREM TECH, LLC (“DREM TECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed IT services to local businesses. This page explains how we handle information collected through our website and related inquiries, the terms for our conversational text messages, and the conditions for using our website.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your first and last name, company name, phone number, email address, and message. If we exchange text messages, we also process your mobile number, message content, and related delivery information.
Consent and communication records. We keep records needed to manage your inquiry and communication preferences, including SMS consent, when and how it was provided, and any request to stop receiving texts.
Technical information. Our website hosting and security providers may automatically process your IP address, browser and operating-system information, requested pages, access times, and security or error information. We use this information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam, fraud, and unauthorized activity.
Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, bank-account information, patient records, or other sensitive information through the contact form or text messages.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, arrange appointments when requested, maintain relevant business records, deliver consented conversational text replies, and operate and protect our website and communications. We also use information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in marketing messages. Successful submission produces an on-screen confirmation, not an automatic email or text acknowledgment. We may subsequently respond to your inquiry directly. SMS replies require the optional consent described below.
Website providers, security tools, and linked services
We use Netlify for website hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse protection, SMTP2GO to deliver contact-form notifications to DREM TECH, and Microsoft 365 to receive and manage business correspondence. Conversational SMS replies are handled through UniFi Talk and the carriers and delivery providers involved in transmitting messages.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, such as IP address, browser information, and connection characteristics, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare also uses signals to improve its bot-detection capabilities. Additional information is available in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Our website links to Microsoft Bookings for scheduling, FlexPoint for billing and payments, and RemotePC for remote support. Microsoft Bookings opens only when you follow a scheduling link. Information you provide through those services is processed under the applicable provider’s terms and privacy notices and, where relevant, our agreement with you. We may receive appointment details, billing information, payment status, or support information needed to handle the interaction. Payment information should be entered only in the designated payment portal, not in our contact form.
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable privacy protections can differ by location.
Cookies and tracking
We do not install advertising pixels or run cross-site behavioral advertising within our website. The current website does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising, or site preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide its security functions. Microsoft Bookings may use cookies or similar technologies on its own site after you follow a scheduling link. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Amazon affiliate links involve separate referral tracking, as described below.
The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not use it to track your browsing across unrelated websites for advertising. You can manage cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, although blocking some technologies may affect website functionality.
Amazon links and referral tracking
Some links on this website may contain an Amazon Associates referral identifier. When you follow an affiliate link, Amazon may use cookies or similar technologies to recognize the referral and attribute qualifying purchases. Amazon’s handling of information is governed by its own Privacy Notice. We do not send information submitted through our contact form or SMS consent records to Amazon for affiliate marketing.
See the Affiliate Disclosure below for information about commissions.
How we disclose information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose information to providers that help us host and secure the website, deliver communications, manage business records, or fulfill interactions you request. We limit these disclosures to the purposes described here. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect against fraud, security threats, or harm, or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not share mobile numbers, text-message content, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent to another organization for its messaging program. Providers involved in operating and supporting our communications may process the information needed to perform those functions. SMS consent information is not disclosed for unrelated purposes, except where legally required.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including handling inquiries, maintaining relevant business records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We retain SMS consent and opt-out records for at least one year to document permission and prevent unwanted messages, and longer when reasonably needed for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Information in routine backups may remain until those backups are replaced or deleted under the applicable retention process.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit information through the website. You may decline SMS consent without affecting your ability to submit an inquiry or request services. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.
We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained for legal, security, recordkeeping, or opt-out compliance purposes. The availability and scope of privacy rights depend on the law that applies to the request.
For information we process on behalf of a managed-services client, that client’s instructions, applicable agreements, and legal obligations also govern our handling of the information. Requests concerning an employer’s or another client’s systems may need to be directed to that organization. This website policy does not replace a service agreement, data-protection agreement, or business associate agreement where one applies.
Children’s information
Our website and inquiry messaging are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Program and consent
Program name: DREM TECH Inquiry Text Replies.
DREM TECH uses SMS only for conversational replies relating to an inquiry when you provide optional consent. We use UniFi Talk to communicate from (480) 780-3010.
By selecting the optional SMS checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive text replies from DREM TECH about that inquiry at the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number alone, browsing the website, or submitting the form without selecting that checkbox does not enroll you in SMS replies.
SMS consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, purchasing services, or receiving assistance through other available channels. You confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the number provided.
Messages and frequency
Messages are limited to the conversation about your inquiry, such as answering a question or requesting clarification. Frequency varies with the conversation; there is no recurring message schedule.
This program does not send appointment reminders, service notifications, support-status broadcasts, or marketing messages. Selecting the checkbox does not trigger an automatic acknowledgment from the website. Messaging-system responses needed to process an opt-out or a request for help are separate from conversational replies.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to a DREM TECH message to stop SMS replies. You may also clearly request that we stop texting through another reasonable contact method, including our Contact page or a phone call. We will honor your request. You may receive one non-promotional text confirming the opt-out, after which we will not resume SMS replies unless you provide new consent.
Reply HELP for assistance, use our Contact page, or call (480) 780-3010. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing service agreement or prevent you from contacting us by phone or another available non-SMS channel.
Charges and delivery
DREM TECH does not charge a separate fee for these text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Check with your carrier about applicable charges.
Delivery depends on carrier coverage, device settings, and the messaging providers involved. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency-support channel and is not continuously monitored.
Privacy and changes to this program
Our handling of mobile numbers, messages, and consent records is described in the Privacy Policy above.
We may update or discontinue this conversational messaging program. We will not treat your inquiry-only consent as permission for marketing or another unrelated messaging purpose.
Website Terms of Use
Website information and service agreements
This website provides information about DREM TECH and access to selected contact, scheduling, payment, and support resources. Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, create a managed-services agreement or guarantee service availability or a particular response time.
The scope, pricing, billing, cancellation, confidentiality, support commitments, and responsibilities for paid services are governed by the applicable service agreement, accepted proposal, or other agreement with DREM TECH. These website terms do not replace or change those agreements.
Appropriate use and authorized support
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content, interfere with website operation, bypass access controls, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.
Remote-support software and client-specific setup links are intended for authorized use. Only install or use a support tool on a device you own or are authorized to manage, and follow the instructions provided for the agreed support or onboarding activity. Do not share support codes or access links in response to an unexpected request.
Website content and external services
DREM TECH branding, website text, graphics, and other content belong to DREM TECH or their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to public pages. Other uses must respect applicable intellectual-property rights and any permissions or licenses that apply.
Linked scheduling, payment, and support services operate under their own terms. We are responsible for our own handling of information, but do not control independently operated third-party websites or their availability.
Accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. General website information is not a substitute for advice specific to your business or systems.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduces commitments expressly made in a separate agreement with you.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this website may be Amazon affiliate links. DREM TECH may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through these links.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Purchases through Amazon are handled by Amazon or the applicable seller under their own terms and policies. Our participation in the Associates Program does not mean Amazon sponsors or endorses DREM TECH.
Updates to this page
We may revise this page to reflect changes in our practices, website, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a material change. Updating this page does not expand previously provided SMS consent.
